18-year-old man facing charges following weekend crash

The Prince Albert Police Service is releasing more information about a weekend crash that sent two people to hospital.

An 18-year-old man has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm in connection to the incident early Sunday morning.

The single vehicle crash happened in the 2000 block of second Ave. W. Two men, ages 19 and 23, were transported to hospital by Parkland Ambulance Paramedics and reported to be in good and stable condition.

According to police, the 18 year old man attempted to flee the scene on foot but was quickly located with assistance from canine officer Kal.
