JPCH welcomes Saskatoon’s new year’s baby boy

Saskatoon’s first baby of 2020 is a boy, born at 12:13 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2020.

Baby Lincoln Joseph was born to parents Elainn and Shaun Guinan at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH), with everyone doing well.

The family would like to thank the staff at JPCH and their family physician, Dr. Sarah Williams, for delivering Lincoln.

Lincoln weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz. at delivery.

The family would also like to thank the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, along with the Yellow Quill First Nation for their gifts.

In Regina, their New Years baby, a girl named Verity Broda, was born at 3:08 a.m.

She weighed seven pounds and 11 ounces, and was born to parents Crystal and Peter Broda at the Regina General Hospital.
