He may call Warman home, but Tre Fouquette is already an honourary citizen of Prince Albert.

The Prince Albert Raiders prospect and current Prince Albert Minto won the gold medal at the 2019 WHL Cup with Team Saskatchewan. They beat Team Manitoba 4-2 in the gold medal game on Sunday.

Fouquette played in all five games for Saskatchewan. He was a fourth round pick of the Raiders in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft.

Sixth-round Raider pick Bryce Warkentine was on the silver-medal winning Team Manitoba. He scored a goal in the five tournament games.

Niall Crocker, who the Raiders drafted in the first round, won the bronze medal with Team B.C. They beat Team Alberta and Raiders second round pick Graydon Gotaas 5-4 on Sunday morning. Crocker finished the tournament with a pair of goals. Gotaas had a goal in the bronze medal game.
