WATCH: Watsonairs donate $5,000 towards new Ronald McDonald House
While construction of the new Ronald McDonald House in Prince Albert is still very much underway, support for the cause that will benefit families from across the region continues to roll in.
On Friday, on behalf of the Watsonairs choir group, Amy Robinson presented a $5,000 cheque to Ronald McDonald House Charities. The donation marks their third in three years for a total of $18,000.
The home with a slanted roof and rustic modern design is being built off 25th Street West and south of Victoria Hospital. It will feature 12 bedrooms, a smudge room, communal kitchen, dining room, living room, play space and family games room.
