PAPS find stolen vehicle being cleaned at car wash

Prince Albert Police found a stolen vehicle as it was being washed by the suspect who took it on June 6.

Patrol officers located the vehicle at a car was in the 2700 Block of 15 Street East.

Officers stopped the vehicle from leaving and arrested a 30-year-old man at the scene, subsequently charging him with possession of stolen property and for having a gun and/or ammunition while being prohibited from doing so.

The man made his first court appearance this morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court.
