Kishayinew is described as 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his left forearm and a bear paw tattoo on his left hand. 

He may be driving a maroon-coloured 2008 GMC Sierra truck with Saskatchewan licence plate 389 MQY. 

He is known to travel to or be in the following areas: 

• Fishing Lake First Nation 

• Rose Valley 

• Regina 

• Prince Albert 

Police say Kishayinew may be armed and is considered dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. Report all sightings and information about his whereabouts to your local police at 310-RCMP.
