For the second time this week, the Saskatchewan Roughriders have added a former NFL draft pick to their roster.

The CFL team announced Thursday it had signed receiver KeeSean Johnson, who was picked in the sixth round (174th overall) of the 2019 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals.

On Tuesday, the Roughriders announced the signing of former Chicago Bears draft pick Dazz Newsome.

The 6-foot-1, 201-pound Johnson played 18 games over two seasons with the Cardinals, recording 36 catches for 360 yards and a touchdown.

He also had NFL stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons and Buffalo Bills.

Before being drafted, Johnson played five seasons at Fresno State University, catching 275 passes for 3,463 yards and 24 touchdowns in 51 games. As a senior, he had 95 receptions for 1,340 yards and eight TDs.

He left the school as its all-time leader in receptions and receiving yards.
