One and a half years after Lawrence Lavallee was shot and killed in the East Flat area of Prince Albert, police (PAPS) are still looking for who fired the shot.

PAPS released a photo of 32-year-old Lavallee and a red Chev Trax that they suspect was used in the shooting.

Officers were initially called to the 800 block of 11th Ave. East for reported shots fired just after 5:30 am.

They found him on the 100 block of 8th Street East with serious injuries and had him taken to hospital, where he died.

The investigation revealed that Lavallee had been in a home in the 1000 Block of 11th Street East and was shot just after leaving the residence.

The suspects drove north on 11th Avenue East right after the shots were heard. Police found the vehicle but no arrests have been made so far.

PAPS is now asking the public to contact them with any information about the vehicle, who is responsible for the shooting or might have been involved or have any information.
