Raiders extend win streak in rout of Hitmen

Make it three straight wins for the Prince Albert Raiders.

The Raiders put forward an impressive effort Friday night at the Art Hauser Centre and were rewarded with a 7-2 win over the Calgary Hitmen.

Raiders forward Aiden Oiring was named the first star after scoring twice and adding an assist, all in the first period. Ryder Ritchie finished with a pair of assists, while newcomer Jacob Hoffrogge also added two helpers.

Raiders goaltender Max Hildebrand picked up his third straight win, making 30 stops.

With the win the Raiders improved to 5-3-0-0, while the Hitmen fell to 2-6-0-0 on the year.

Friday was the start of a busy weekend for the Raiders, who will travel to Moose Jaw on Saturday before returning home on Sunday to host Saskatoon.
