Prince Albert Police have caught and arrested the fifth person suspected of being involved in the killing of Byron Bear in 2021.

Jackson Henry, age 26, is charged with second degree murder and was arrested yesterday at a home in Clarke Place in Prince Albert.

He made his first appearance in provincial court this morning and is expected to be the last arrest connected to Bear’s death.

Four other people have been arrested including Raine Farrow, age 23, Kyle Burns, age 37, Riley Primeau, age 29 and Daniel Oliver, age 30.

None of them have had their cases resolved yet.

Bear was reported missing in December 2021 by his family and a serious assault was suspected at the time.

His remains were found two months later near Hague.
