A hot topic: Heat warnings continue across Saskatchewan
It’s going to be another scorcher in Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada issued heat warnings Friday morning for much of the southern half of the province, saying humidex values are expected to reach 35 C over the next three days.
Daytime highs of 32 C and above and overnight lows near 16 C are in the forecast for many communities, including Regina and Saskatoon.
The weather service reminded people to drink plenty of water, to check on older family members, friends or neighbours, and to schedule outdoor activities during cooler parts of the day.
