Update: Amber Alert cancelled for missing B.C. woman & children

An amber alert issued by RCMP for two children from Fort St. John, B.C. has been cancelled.

Police issued it shortly after 1 p.m. CST but it was lifted around three hours later.

Police had suspected a 35-year-old man had abducted his two children and their mother.

The four were found in Kenora, Ontario, just east of Manitoba.

The man was taken into custody, while the mother and her two children are currently safe and receiving support.
