U15 Foxes advance to North Division final

The U15 Beachcomber Foxes have advanced to the Saskatchewan Female Hockey League’s North Division Championship, following Thursday night’s 5-2 win over the North East Aces.

Sarah Johns scored three goals for the Foxes and Tayor Mccaskill netted the other two.

Game one of the best-of-three series was played Tuesday, and the Foxes prevailed with a 4-3 win.

The Foxes will now face the winner from the north west playoff, which will be either the Saskatoon Comet Vipers or the Saskatoon Comet Tornadoes.

Heading into game two Friday night, the Vipers have a 1-0 series lead.
