Rural homeowner threatened by stranger with gun
Prince Albert RCMP are investigating an incident which had the potential to have been a lot worse.
On May 12, at approximately 4:45 a.m., officers responded to a complaint of a break-and-enter outside a residence in the Rural Municipality (RM) of Buckland.
The initial investigation revealed the suspect was confronted by the homeowner, and the suspect pointed a firearm at the homeowner, before leaving in a half ton truck. Fortunately no one was physically injured.
According to a source close to the incident, the suspect was caught going through the shed. And when the husband confronted the suspect, had the gun “racked in his face.”
