Car plows into P.A. court building

UPDATE: This story have been updated from a previous version to reflect confirmation the driver has been charged.

Police have confirmed a woman who drove her car through the back doors at Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench, has been charged with driving without due care and attention as per the Highway Traffic Safety Act.

No other details have been provided at this stage of the investigation. A spokesperson for the Prince Albert Fire Department said firefighters were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call for service at approximately 3:57 p.m.

Once on scene firefighters discovered a vehicle was lodged halfway through the back entrance of the courthouse building.
