Shellbrook RCMP searching for teen who walked away from hospital

UPDATE:

An RCMP report late Tuesday confirmed the 15 year old female had been located. Police thanked the media for their assistance.

Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old female from the Ahtahkakoop First Nation who left Shellbrook Hospital.

Zelda Bill was last seen wearing a hospital gown with a hospital blanket around her shoulders and black boots.

She was spotted at the Shellbrook Co-op gas bar on the same day. The witness said the girl was waiting for a ride and left the area in a tan coloured sedan. The witness said they did not know what Zelda’s final destination was, but police believe she requested to be taken to the Mount Nebo and Highway 3 junction.
