Police investigating woman’s death as homicide after autopsy results

Police continue to investigate the death of Sheena Marie Billette, but have confirmed her death to be the result of a homicide.

The determination came from information obtained from an autopsy in Regina on Dec. 27.

Billette’s body was located on Highway 102 North of La Ronge last Monday.

The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit and La Range RCMP will continue to investigate Billette’s death. No further details were released at this time.
