One of five charged in Rivercrest Apartments murder, woman has case adjourned

A woman charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of a 22-year-old man at a downtown apartment building last month was back in court Monday.

Lindsay Rae Henderson, 19, is one of five people charged in relation to the death of Kristopher Charles. Charles died following an incident at Rivercrest Apartments March 22.

Henderson appeared briefly in Prince Albert Provincial Court Monday morning, where her case was set back to April 23. The Crown is opposed to Henderson’s release in the case.

Four men – Kenneth Raymond Bear, Emilio Bouvier, Keegan Dustin Eagle, Joseph Ernest Okemaysim – are also charged with first-degree murder in connection with Charles’ death. They are set to come back to court April 30.
