Potentially explosive chemical found in a north industrial business in Saskatoon

Employees from ALS Environmental were forced out of their office on 58th Street East in Saskatoon north industrial after finding potentially explosive chemicals.
 
Saskatoon Police, fire and a Haz-Mat unit responded earlier on Friday and crews found old containers of the chemical ether and in this case, police said it’s believed the ether is potentially explosive.

The business has been evacuated as a precaution. Traffic is urged to avoid the area.
