1 dead after shooting in Saskatoon

A person is dead after a shooting on Avenue Q in Saskatoon.

Saskatoon police were called to the scene just before 6:45 p.m. on Monday evening. When they arrived at the home at the corner of 19th Street and Avenue Q South, they discovered a dead person.

Major Crimes investigators have the home roped off as they gather evidence and speak to witnesses.
 
Police say the shooting is suspicious.
