Volunteers needed at PAPHR
The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region is in need of caring, compassionate and committed volunteers to fill the following service positions:
Patient Navigators – Day Surgery – Victoria Hospital. Patient Navigators improve the experience for surgical patients by ensuring they are in the right place at the right time. Shifts: 6:30– 9:30 a.m.; 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
Gail’s Brigade – Victoria Hospital. Volunteers offer friendship, companionship and provide support for Palliative patients. Duties may include nail care, hand or foot massages, shaves, or haircuts/styling. Shifts: 1 – 2:30 p.m. (Flexible), Monday – Friday, once per week.
