Flip Eatery & Drink: E. Coli tests came back negative

Oct 6, 2012 | 4:36 PM

After voluntarily closing after five customers became sick with E. coli, Flip Eatery and Drink has posted an update on its facebook page of an update it recevied from Saskatchewan Health:

“We just received an update on our lab results and want to share with you all: all the swabs taken on our restaurant's surfaces tested negative for E.coli, as did all the food samples that were taken. We are so grateful to now be able to move onto the next step, getting everything even cleaner than it already is, and preparing to open with our new menu as soon as possible!

We want to thank all the inspectors and staff at Public Health for working so closely with us through this process and going above and beyond in gearing our staff up for the reopen.

Thanks again for all your support, and stay tuned! We will let you know the re-open date as soon as we know. Hope to see you soon!”
