Benchmarking Your Performance: Workshops for SK Manufacturers and Processors

This workshop is a unique opportunity for manufacturing and processing firms to tap into emerging competitive and productivity strategies.

Included with the cost of the Workshop is a Confidential Report benchmarking 2 years of your individual company performance against North American Standards for your specific industry (NAICS). Interested companies will be required to provided two years financial records in confidence to the Business Development Bank of Canada.

Facilitated by Enterprise Saskatchewan and the Business Development Bank of Canada(BDC), this must attend session will also update you on global industry trends.

30 seminar participants will be able to participate in a full “review of operational process”, including on site consulting and identification/recommendation of key areas of improvement within the business.

This review will be cost shared with the company with the financial support of the Western Economic Partnership Agreement( full program details available at the seminar).
