To Save a Life Delivers Lifesaving Messages to Onion Lake, Ministikwan and Ahtahkakoop

The week of March 21 to 25 saw the TSAL team at Onion Lake, Ministikwan and Ahtahkakoop.

It was a very rewarding time with the lifesaving message delivered to almost 600 people, at least 90 percent young adults.

It is very encouraging as young people are approaching team members to talk about their situations. Many had suicide plans made but instead they reached out for help.

Knowing that this program is touching lives is great yet at the same time it is heartbreaking to hear the stories of these teenagers and the struggles they are facing every day. Opening the communication between agencies and the people is vital to long term success for all involved.

The week of March 31 will see the TSAL team in Loon Lake then off to Big Island Lake and Ministikwan the following week. Saturday April 9 will be exciting as more members of the team travel way north to Southend. It will be great to have more team members along for this event!
