SaskEnergy not raising rates

At a time when the price of so many things keeps going up, there is one thing we don't have to worry about.

After dropping their rate a few months ago, SaskEnergy has looked it over and decided to keep it there.

Spokesperson Dave Burdeniuk said the price is expected to remain low right into 2012.

He said natural gas prices are at a ten year low, and the rate at SaskEnergy is also similar if not a little lower to what we were paying in 2001.
