Lockdown ends

The lockdown at Saskatchewan Penitentiary is over and both maximum security units are back to normal.
Inmates were restricted to their cells since Feb. 22 while corrections officers searched for contraband.
Events like this are not uncommon within the penitentiary, said Darcy Begrand, Correctional Services Canada spokesman.
