Traffic-calming measures taken

The city has installed a series of traffic barrels to control traffic at the intersection of 10th Avenue West and 28th Street.
Speed is reduced to 30 km/h and cars are channelled into single lanes in either direction around the corner.
The city said the barrels will remain in place throughout the winter and into the spring until road marking can be painted.
