Couple’s Relationship Building Workshops start tonight at Bernice Sayese Centre

Healthy families come from healthy relationships so the Bernice Sayese Centre is hosting a Relationship Building Series of workshops for young couples ages 18 to around 26 years of age.

The workshops are at the centre, 1350 15th Avenue West and run from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Supper is provided. The workshops and supper are free of charge.

Couples can register at the door. If they cannot commit to the full schedule of classes there is other referrals which can be made.

The classes start tonight and will continue the third Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of each month until the end of March, 2011.

Collective Kitchens is another ongoing program at the centre providing information on cooking economically, healthful and in a time-saving way. These classes are every second Friday and are Free of Charge. The next class is December 3rd
