Caught out after curfew after a run-in with a cop car

Oct 31, 2010 | 9:36 PM

It was perhaps a little bit too much Halloween fun for one Prince Albert resident.
Prince Albert police were in the middle of dealing with a call about an intoxicated woman at around 4:30 this morning when a vehicle backed into the patrol car.
Police found that the driver of the vehicle that collided with the police car was on court conditions which included a curfew.
The police were responding to a compliant from a business in the 200 block of 15th St. W. at the time.
The driver of the vehicle is facing breach of court order charges.
