May 15, 2017 | 5:00 PM

Joanne Laurin was located by family in Prince Albert Friday May 19th.

She had been reported missing on May 3 after having last been seen at a residence in Prince Albert on April 22.

The police would like to thank the public and volunteer search parties for their efforts.

The family of Joanne Rayne Laurin will be searching for her throughout Prince Albert between May 16 and May 21.

According to Laurin’s grandmother, Darlene Goodvoice, volunteers will be using Wesley United Church as a main base in their search efforts.

“We’re meeting tomorrow morning at 10 [a.m.],” Goodvoice said. “I’ve told people to dress warm and bring extra clothing in case you gotta go to some rough spots.”

Goodvoice said anyone is welcome to join the search efforts and asked anyone with search and rescue experience and free time to aid in finding her granddaughter.

Those involved will also be helping the family of Happy Charles, who was also reported missing in April.

Goodvoice urged anyone with knowledge of Laurin’s location to immediately contact the Prince Albert Police Service.

“We haven’t heard anything yet. Not a thing,” Goodvoice said.
