Gas prices drop with further declines expected

Aug 18, 2015 | 4:51 PM

Gas prices have dropped and it’s expected that decline will continue as summer’s last weeks bring us to September.

“Demand falls off about 25 per cent for gasoline and so that gives refiners, come Labour Day, some breathing room,” said industry analyst Michael Ervin, president of MJ Ervin & Associaties, to BNN.

Gasbuddy.com says the average gas price in Saskatchewan is now $1.20/litre, a drop of about five cents overnight.
