May 12, 2015 | 3:55 PM

One of seven people facing second-degree murder charges from an incident in Pelican Narrows has made bail.

Robbie Lambert Creed Custer, 20, was arrested following the death of 17-year-old Hilliard Sewap Jr.

Custer was released on bail following an appearance at Court of Queen’s Bench in Prince Albert on Tuesday afternoon.

The bail was a non-cash $1,000 recognizance, which was paid by his father.   Custer must live with Wes Custer during his release.

He is also under a strict curfew of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and is not allowed to visit Pelican Narrows without informing Pelican Narrows RCMP of his arrival and departure.

He also is not allowed to be in contact with any of the other suspects in the incident, be in possession of a weapon and cannot have access to alcohol or drugs.

Cody Drake Custer, Trevor Charles, Marcus Sewap, Brandon McCallum and two unnamed youth all remain in custody facing second degree murder charges in the death of Sewap.

Custer will appear in provincial court in Pelican Narrows on June 16.
