The Prince Albert Crown Royals hockey club can once again use City facilities.

The City lifted the ban imposed against members of the team, effective immediately, it announced in a statement on Wednesday morning.

“The City further acknowledges that the hockey team has fulfilled the terms of their contract and has made further payment for damages to the facility,” the statement issued by Mayor Greg Dionne’s office said.

The incident took place on Dec. 21, 2014 in the Ches Leach Lounge, and the City went public with information about it in January, weeks later. At the time it went public, the City alleged there was $3,000 worth of damages in the Ches Leach Lounge and that a female City employee had been assaulted.
