Friends gather at Friendship Centre for Stew & Bannock Lunch

More than 100 people gathered for Tuesday’s event marking the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

The Stew and Bannock Lunch was held at the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre during the noon hour on Tuesday.

People from different backgrounds came together to break bannock and enjoy the meal, which was offered for free.

The next event will be the First Annual Multicultural Pow Wow on March 28 at the Friendship Centre at 9 a.m.
