Consulting firm Ketchum Canada Inc. is telling the Saskatchewan government there could be up to $70 million worth of private investment possible to support a new stadium.

The money would be raised through the sale of naming rights for the building. There could also be sponsorship opportunities for the concourses, atriums, and suites inside the building as well as outdoor plaza sponsorships.

The report expects the community would come up with $10 million.

The executive summary made available by the government also indicates that 20 or more potential investors have been identified that would participate at, "significant levels," but no names are given.

A new stadium is estimated by the provincial government to cost more than $400 million to build in Regina.
