Scan barcode, donate to Salvation Army

There even more new and convenient ways to donate to the Salvation Army's kettle campaign this year.

Users of Blackberry, iPhone and Android touch phones can simply scan a bar code which takes them to a web site where money can be donated.

Captain Corinne Cameron jokes that doesn't mean there will be any judging from those manning the kettles when you walk past and don't drop money in.

She says the Salvation Army knows times are changing and not everyone carries cash or a wallet anymore.
