Raiders couldn’t get past Blade’s Vets

Nov 28, 2010 | 7:29 AM

The Saskatoon Blades twisted Raider turnovers into goals building leads of 3-0 and 4-1.

The Blades won with 6-2 to split the home and home series at Credit Union Center.

Raider goal-getters were Andrew Herle with his second of the year – Herle was arguably the best Raider on the ice all game – and Brandon Harrod added his 12th goal of the year.

Harrod has scored in the last three consecutive games. Eric Williams made some big stops despite giving up six shots. He faced 45 shots on the night.
