Penalties hurt Raiders in a 5-2 loss to the Warriors

Too many penalties hurt the Prince Albert Raiders as they dropped a 5-2 decision to the Moose Jaw Warriors on Wednesday night.

The Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 first period lead and in the process chased Raiders' goaltender Eric Williams from the net who was pulled after giving up three goals on 11 shots.

The Raiders got on the board in the second period on goals by Jonas Knutsen and Tyler Hart, as the two teams traded goals in that period.

Penalties was the story for Raiders who surrendered three power play goals and failed to score on their three advantages. Moose Jaw also out shot P.A. 34-20.
