Raiders excited about N.H.L. Mc-Draft

National Hockey League Central Scouting Bureau has released their Preliminary Rankings of draft eligible players for the 2011 Entry Draft and two members of the Prince Albert Raiders are identified from the Western Hockey League.

Forward Mark McNeill is 6th among WHL skaters and Eric Williams is ranked 2nd among WHL goalies eligible for the NHL Draft in June, 2011 in St. Paul Minnesota.

McNeill currently is tied with Jonathan Parker for the team lead in scoring with 25 points. McNeill, in his second year with the Raiders has 10 goals and 15 assists in 22 games, one point more than he had in 68 games as a rookie in 2009-10.

Williams has appeared in 12 games this season with a 3.67 Goals Against Average and .904 Save Percentage. Williams is in his first season with the Raiders.
