Former Roughrider lands with B.C. Lions

Tad Kornegay has quickly found work after getting released by the Saskatchewan Roughriders last week. Kornegay has tweeted he's signed with the B.C. Lions.
Late on Thursday afternoon, Kornegay tweeted this to his thousands of followers, “In Nicki Minaj words…”Bout to Hop on the plane head out to Vancouv!!!!” #UhOh #It'sOn!!! #ImBack!!!'
Kornegay has been rumoured to be of interest of the Lions since he was released by the Roughriders last week.
Kornegay's first game in B.C. could be against his former team as the Roughriders are in Vancouver next week, August 5th. The Roughriders say they released Kornegay because he didn't quite fit in with the new defensive structure and they weren't getting their money's worth.
