Roughriders ’embarrassed’ by Tiger-Cats

Jul 19, 2011 | 8:16 AM

The Saskatchewan Roughriders dropped to 0-3 on the season after a 33-3 loss to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday.

The Roughriders struggled on both offense and defence as the offence led by Darian Durant could only muster 95-yards through the air before he was pulled in favour of backup Ryan Dinwiddie.

The game started off with Durant throwing his first of three interceptions on the first Roughriders play from scrimmage. Durant ended up throwing three interceptions before being pulled.

Dinwiddie went on to throw for over 100 yards but the game was decided well before he was placed behind centre.
