Saskatchewan's Amber Holland has captured the 2011 Scotties Tournament of Hearts with an 8-7 win over Team Canada ending the reign of four time champion Jennifer Jones.

It was a tough start for Holland as Jennifer Jones was able to open up a 3-0 lead after the first end.

But Holland was able to erase a 6-3 deficit with her own three spot in the sixth end to tie it up at six.

It came down to the tenth end with the score tied 7-7, but Saskatchewan was in tough without the hammer.

Holland made a clutch draw with her last rock to sit shot stone forcing Jones to try a double take out for the win.

But her rock ended up rolling a little to far leaving Holland shot stone and the winner.

It's Saskatchewan's first championship since 1997 when Sandra Schmirler's rink won.
