Master folk artist performing in Prince Albert

Internationally-acclaimed and Grammy-winning folk artist Judy Collins will play at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre tonight as part of an extended tour promoting her newest album.
Collins is best known for her years of tireless performing around the world with her classic styling and mixing of multiple genres. She’s also well known for her interpretation of numerous Canadian artists including Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell.
“I think I should be in the Guinness Book of Records the number of Canadian songs I’ve recorded,” she quipped in an interview with paNOW.
Since 1961,Collins has recorded 27 studio albums, and been on 24 compilation recordings.
Her story-telling song writing will be on display at 8 p.m. at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre.
