Dawn Kilmer – has 29 years of teaching experience in the classroom with 20 of those in leadership positions at Carlton Comprehensive Public High School. She has been actively engaged in many community endeavours and said she is dedicated to building strong relationships, fostering open mindsets and promoting a community that embraces our differences as our strength. She told paNOW she is proactive, a good listener, dedicated to the community, and believes strongly in a team approach.
Diana Wooden – has lived in ward 7 for the past 20 years. She has spent last 14 years as a counsellor in Prince Albert and said she’s aware of the struggles citizens are facing. She organized the Black Lives Matter rally in Prince Albert last June. She told paNOW in her work she has seen how mental heath and addictions affect people of every status in the city. She now hopes to bring that acquired knowledge to the council chamber.
