Three Dragons finished fourth with Team Sask at rugby Westerns

Team Saskatchewan’s Under-18 men’s rugby team, armed with three Saskatchewan River Dragons, finished fourth at the Under-18 Western Canadian Championships.

Jonty Kruger, Byron Farrell and Elijah McPherson all represented the Dragons and Prince Albert in the competition for Team Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan beat Manitoba 24-10 on Sunday in their lone victory of the tournament. But because they were in just about every game they played, they finished ahead of Alberta White and Manitoba due to point differential.
