Police released the description of the man who held up a Prince Albert convenience store with a gun, Monday night.

Around 9 p.m. a man walked into the Welcome Inn armed with a gun. He made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes.

The two clerks were not injured during the robbery.

“As far as I know they're doing ok. Thankfully there were no injuries. They did what they were supposed to do, give that money up, get them out of there and that's what you want to do,” said Sgt. Kelly McLean, with the Prince Albert Police Service.
