The Saskatchewan Roughriders are celebrating a crucial win in the West final, but hard work lies ahead in preparation for the Grey Cup game against the Montreal Alouettes.

Hundreds of fans filled the arrival hall at the airport to welcome the western champions home and for many of them, the party continued into the early hours.

But now coach Ken Miller is focusing on the task in front of them, bringing home the Grey Cup. He calls it “a tremendous opportunity”.

It seems the team is united in that goal. Marcus Adams has a certain piece of jewelry on his mind.

“I wanna win the game for a ring. I don't care who we play. I want that ring.”

While hard work and preparation lie ahead, there was still a celebration to be had. There was a pep rally this afternoon at City Hall.
