Rough driving conditions reported
While the freezing rain is expected to hit Saskatchewan later Tuesday afternoon, highways across the province are still taking a beating.
“We've got slippery sections, swirling snow, drifting snow all around Regina, north, east, west, south”, says the highway hotline's Gwen Badgely, adding that's pretty much the case for every highway in Saskatchewan.
She says another problem is the fog, which has settled around Weyburn, Regina, Moose Jaw, Wynyard, and up to Saskatoon.
However, she says a corner of Saskatchewan is actually reporting good winter driving conditions as of Tuesday morning.
