As you may have heard, The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce, North Central Enterprise Region, Prince Albert Tourism, Prince Albert Downtown Improvement District Association, and The City of Prince Albert have joined forces to create an initiative that will make Prince Albert a National bench mark for customer service.
“Service Best”is a certification that allows your business to be known as an Accredited Customer Service business. The goal is to be the first City in North America to have the majority of our businesses (at least 60% of Prince Albert businesses) included as an accredited Service Best business.
Our Launch event is on February 9th at the EA Rawlinson Centre from 7 – 9:30PM featuring Donald Cooper, winner of 7 Excellence for marketing Awards and service innovation, including the Retail Council of Canada's Innovative Retailer of the Year. In Canada, Donald is best known for Cooper Canada, which became the world's leading manufacturer of hockey equipment and Canada's largest maker of both sporting goods and fine leather goods. To prepare for this initiative launch, we are holding a one day training course for staff and boards of all the partners…to become accredited ourselves…through “Service Best”.
