PA Minor Football’s Spring Training Registration

Online registration for Prince Albert Minor Football's spring TrainHard program is now open at http://www.pariverriders.com!

TrainHard is a once-a-week series of skill development & conditioning sessions open to youth 10 to 14 years of age.

Participants will be taught the basic knowledge & skills required to play football, and they will perform a series of conditioning exercises to get them in shape.

Sessions will take place at the Alfred Jenkins Field House starting Sunday, March 13 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and every Sunday thereafter until April 17th.

The registration fee is only $30.00, payable from noon 'til 1:00 pm on March 13 at the Alfred Jenkins Field House, just before the start of the first session.

TrainHard is a non-contact program.

We encourage TrainHard participants to play in our spring Six-A-Side and fall River Riders programs, however, participation in TrainHard is not an obligation to play in either following program.
